Zero-Tolerance Policy. Philly Match has a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any user found engaging in such activity will be immediately and permanently banned, and the activity will be reported to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
1. Scope and Application
These Child Safety Standards apply to all use of the Philly Match application and website (the "Service"), including all content uploaded, transmitted, or shared by users. By using Philly Match, users agree to comply with these standards.
2. Eligibility — 18+ Only
Philly Match is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. Account registration requires users to confirm they meet this age requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately, and the data will be handled in accordance with applicable child protection laws.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Philly Match:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): any image, video, text, audio, or other content that sexually exploits or abuses a minor.
Grooming: any communication intended to build trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
Sextortion: coercion or threats involving sexual content targeting a minor.
Child trafficking: any content or conduct that promotes, facilitates, or solicits the trafficking of minors.
Solicitation of minors: any attempt to contact or solicit a person under 18 for sexual or romantic purposes.
Sharing of minors' information: uploading photos, identifying information, or other content depicting minors in a sexualized or inappropriate context.
Promotion or normalization of CSAE: any content that endorses, glorifies, or trivializes child sexual abuse or exploitation.
4. Detection and Prevention
Philly Match uses a combination of automated and human review processes to detect and prevent CSAE on the Service:
Age verification at signup: users must confirm they are 18 or older to create an account.
Image moderation: uploaded photos are subject to automated and manual review.
Reporting system: all users can flag content, profiles, or messages that violate these standards.
Proactive monitoring: we monitor for indicators of grooming, solicitation, and sharing of CSAM.
Account suspension and removal: profiles suspected of CSAE-related activity are suspended pending review and permanently banned where violations are confirmed.
5. Reporting CSAE
Anyone — user or non-user — can report suspected CSAE on Philly Match through any of the following channels:
In-app reporting: tap the report icon on any profile, message, or piece of content.
Email:mooremetrics@gmail.com (CSAE reports are prioritized and reviewed within 24 hours).
When CSAE is identified or confirmed on Philly Match, we take the following actions:
Immediate removal: the offending content is removed from the Service.
Account termination: the responsible account (and any linked accounts) is permanently banned.
Preservation of evidence: relevant data is preserved as required by law for use by law enforcement.
Reporting to authorities: apparent CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in accordance with U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and to equivalent authorities in other jurisdictions where applicable.
Cooperation with law enforcement: we cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement agencies investigating CSAE.
7. Staff Training
Personnel involved in content moderation receive training on identifying CSAE, handling sensitive content responsibly, and following reporting protocols.

U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A — reporting requirements for electronic communication service providers).
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), where applicable.
EU Digital Services Act (DSA) provisions relating to illegal content and minor protection.
UK Online Safety Act 2023 provisions relating to child sexual abuse material.
Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and Developer Program Policies.
10. Updates to These Standards
Philly Match reviews and updates these Child Safety Standards periodically to reflect best practices, regulatory changes, and operational improvements. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.
